1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to MapleOddsHub. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”), and MapleOddsHub (“we,” “us” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of our sports betting platform. By creating an account or using our services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility and Age Verification

To use our services, you must meet strict geographical and age requirements:

• Location: You must be physically located within the borders of Canada. Access from restricted jurisdictions is strictly prohibited.
• Legal Age: You must be of legal betting age in your province or territory of residence. This is generally 19 years of age, except in Alberta, Manitoba, and Quebec where it is 18 years of age.
• Verification: We reserve the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts may be suspended and funds withheld until satisfactory proof of age and identity is provided (KYC protocols).

3. Account Registration & Security

When you create an account with us, you guarantee that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate information may result in the immediate termination of your account.

• You may only open one (1) account per person, household, IP address, or device.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to your computer and/or account.
• You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Anti-Fraud

All financial transactions are subject to our stringent security and anti-money laundering (AML) policies.

• Deposits: Funds must be deposited using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly forbidden.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawals will generally be processed back to the original method of deposit. Identity verification may be required before any withdrawal is approved.
• Suspicious Activity: If we suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or arbitrage betting, we reserve the right to void bets, freeze your account, and report the activity to the relevant Canadian authorities.

5. Betting Rules and Payouts

By placing a bet on MapleOddsHub, you confirm that you have read and accepted the specific rules for the relevant sport or market.

• We reserve the right to refuse the whole or part of any bet requested for any reason.
• In the event of an obvious error in odds, lines, or pricing, all bets placed on that market will be declared void and stakes returned.
• Maximum payout limits apply to all bets, regardless of the odds or stake. These limits are detailed in our Betting Rules section.

6. Responsible Gaming

MapleOddsHub is dedicated to providing a safe and responsible entertainment environment. We offer various tools to help you manage your play, including:

• Deposit and spending limits.
• Session time limits.
• Time-out periods (cooling off).
• Self-exclusion protocols (ranging from 6 months to permanent closure).

If you believe you have a gambling problem, we strongly advise you to use these tools and seek help from professional organizations in Canada, such as the Responsible Gambling Council (RGC).

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the platform for any purpose other than that for which we make it available. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Using automated systems, bots, or software to extract data or place bets.
• Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors.
• Using the platform for any illegal purpose under Canadian law.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the platform is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the platform are owned or controlled by us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Canada. MapleOddsHub and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Canada shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
